Jaipur Marathon 2026 Attracts Record 50,000 Participants
The Jaipur Marathon 2026 witnessed record participation with over 50,000 runners from across India and 20 countries taking part in the annual event.
Race Categories
The event featured full marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K categories. Kenya’s Eliud Kosgei won the men’s full marathon while Ethiopia’s Tigist Mekonnen claimed the women’s title.
Heritage Route
Participants ran through the historic walled city, passing iconic landmarks including Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Amer Fort, making it one of the most scenic marathon routes in India.
Community Participation
Special categories for senior citizens, differently-abled athletes, and corporate teams saw enthusiastic participation. Many runners participated to raise funds for various charitable causes.
Organizers announced plans to expand the event next year with international marathon certification.
