Rajasthan Tourism Sets New Record with 10 Crore Visitors in 2025

Rajasthan has achieved a historic milestone in tourism, welcoming over 10 crore domestic and international visitors in 2025, marking a 25% increase from the previous year.

Key Destinations

Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jodhpur remained the top three destinations, while lesser-known heritage sites like Bundi and Kumbhalgarh saw significant growth in visitor numbers.

Revenue Generation

The tourism sector contributed Rs 45,000 crore to the state economy, creating direct and indirect employment for over 15 lakh people.

Tourism Minister Gayatri Rathore credited the success to improved infrastructure, promotional campaigns, and the introduction of heritage tourism circuits.

Future Plans

The government has announced plans to develop eco-tourism sites and promote rural tourism experiences to distribute benefits across the state.
